Dr. Liza Goderdzishvili is the Head of the Emergency and Internal Medicine Department of Tbilisi Central Hospital and the Head of the English Medium Program of Medicine at the East European University. She is a member of the European Respiratory Society and Association of Clinical Biochemistry. She is the founder of Georgian Association of the Doctoral Education in Biomedical Sciences and Center for Sport and Professional Health of Georgia. She has many years of professional and pedagogical experience. In different years she was the Head of the Internal Medicine Department of O. Gudushauri National Medical Center, Medical Director of the “Genesis Clinic “. She also worked at “My Family Clinic”, Central Military Hospital and Aladashvili TSMI Clinic No.1.  At the same time, she is the Head of the Department of Residency at Tvildiani Medical University and Director of the regional program “Internal Medicine” of Tvildiani Medical University.

Dr. Liza Goderdzishvili is actively involved in scientific and research activities. She is the author of numerous scientific articles, participant of international and local conferences, workshops and professional development trainings.
