Levan Alapishvili (Associate Professor)
Levan Alapishvili is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at East European University. He is also the Managing Partner and Attorney at the law firm Lexica, and a Partner at the evaluation and consulting company Epicenter.
Levan Alapishvili has many years of professional and teaching experience. In previous years, he has held various significant positions, such as the Head of the Planning and Analysis Department at the State Audit Office of Georgia, the Director of the Economic Development Program at the Open Society Georgia Foundation (OSGF), the Head of the Local Property Management Service at Tbilisi City Hall, and a mentor at the Swedish International Centre for Local Democracy. Additionally, he served as an expert for IBF International Consulting SA on an EU project focusing on the increased role of local self-government in Georgia’s multi-level territorial governance.
Levan Alapishvili is the author of numerous local and international publications.
