The primary objective of the visit was to enhance EEU’s international visibility, promote its One-Cycle Medical Doctor (MD) Program and Bachelor’s Program in Nursing, and introduce prospective international applicants to the academic opportunities available at the university. The events also served as an important platform for strengthening international academic cooperation and fostering new institutional partnerships.
As part of the visit, the university representatives participated in a series of podcasts and interviews, where they introduced international audiences to Georgia’s higher education system, the country’s academic environment, and the study opportunities available at East European University. EEU representatives conducted individual consultations, information sessions, and presentations for prospective students and their parents. Participants received comprehensive information about the One-Cycle Medical Doctor (MD) Program and the Bachelor’s Program in Nursing, including the curriculum, academic environment, clinical training opportunities, and the key advantages of studying at East European University.
Special attention was given to presenting the university’s modern educational infrastructure, the newly established Clinical Skills Center, its extensive network of clinical training facilities, student support services, and the practical learning opportunities that enable students to acquire high-quality theoretical, clinical, and professional competencies.
An important part of the visit was meeting with East European University alumni. EEU places great value on maintaining strong and lasting relationships with its graduates, supporting their professional development, and exploring future opportunities for collaboration, further strengthening the university’s global academic community.
The education fairs generated significant interest among prospective international applicants, enabling the university to establish direct communication with numerous potential students while expanding opportunities for cooperation with local partners.
