Paul Gibbs is the Director of the Doctoral and Research Development Center of East European University. He oversees the doctoral teaching-learning processes, develops academic staff support programs and ensures their implementation, contributes to the University’s implementation of code of ethics in academic research and teaching and learning policy;
Paul Gibbs is also an Emeritus Professor at the University of Middlesex and the founder of Centre for Education Research and Scholarship. He is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and the University of Cambridge (UK), a Research Fellow at ATLAS R&B Research Institute (TEXAS, USA).
