East European University organized public lecture of Dr. Bernd Thomas Heinrich on the theme: “Political Decision Making and the Phenomenon of Elite Corruption”. Bernd Thomas Heinrich is a full professor of criminal law at Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen Ph.D. in law and expert in European Law issues.
Lecture was focused on the discussion of corruption related issues.
At the end of the lecture discussion was held within the attendees.
