The meeting was held within the framework of the EU project “Support for external supervision of the security sector in Georgia”, on the topic: “Russian Hybrid Warfare and its impact on Georgia`s National Security “.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Ofer Fridman – a lecturer at the Center for Strategic Communications at Kings College and an expert on warfare. He spoke about the peculiarities of hybrid war, about the dangers of it and the ways how fight against it. Also, the influence of the Russian hybrid war on the national security of Georgia was discussed in detail. The meeting was moderated by the head of the EU team, Johan Homes. The lecture continued in active discussion mode.
In the future East European University will offer students many interesting activities and events within the framework of cooperation with the NATO and EU Information Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
