Dr. Levan Mosakhlishvili serves as a Deputy Director of Legal Services at “Georgian Energy Development Fund”. He is an accreditation expert for higher education programs at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. He has many years of professional and pedagogical work experience. In different years he held the position of Director of Legal Services at JSC “Georgian Energy Development Fund” and was a member of the board of directors of “Qartli Wind Farm”. He was the Head of the Legal Department at the Ltd “Georgian Industrial Group (GIG), the Head of the Legal Department at Georgian International Energy Corporation, Deputy Director and Director of Public Management Program at Civil Society Institute (CSI) and the Head of the Legal Department at Bank “Constanta”.

Dr. Levan Mosakhlishvili is actively engaged in scientific-research activities. He is the author of about 10 textbooks, guides and scientific papers. He has participated in numerous local and international conferences and seminars.
