David Tsulaia has a long standing professional and pedagogical experience. He is the author of number of scholarly works on law and criminology. In particular, he is the author of two monographs: 1) “Some Criminological Problems of Fight against Economic Crime” and 2) “Some Criminological Aspects according to Christian Orthodox Doctrine”; 24 scholarly articles, and compiler of English-Georgian and Georgian-English Law Dictionaries.

In addition, David Tsulaia is participant and speaker of public lectures, seminars, webinars, scientific symposiums, international and local conferences.

David Tsulaia also worked for different projects and programs implemented by the USA, EU and the United Nations Development Program.
