Sergo Durglishvili holds the position of Assistant Professor at East European University and serves as an expert in the authorization of general educational institutions at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement of Georgia. Additionally, he specializes in mathematics for the authorization of general educational institutions. Furthermore, he acts as a consultant-teacher for the Coalition Education for All – Georgia (EFA – GEORGIA).
With extensive experience in general educational institutions, spanning both teaching and administrative roles, Sergo Durglishvili dedicated nearly three decades to serving as a mathematics teacher in public schools. Notably, he served as a school headmaster at various institutions, including the Razmadze Tbilisi Author’s School (formerly the 7th Gymnasium, presently N63 Public School), as well as Public Schools N155 and N150.
Throughout his career, Sergo Durglishvili has been actively engaged in consulting and training activities. He is a trainer and a consultant at the National Center for Teacher Professional Development; a trainer at the Center for Training and Consultancy (CTC) and Educators and Scientists Free Trade Union of Georgia. Moreover, he served as a trainer for the following initiatives: Millennium Challenge Account – Georgia’s (MCA-Georgia) project – “Professional Development of Teachers and School Principals, Leadership Academy 2”; “Primary Education Project” (G-PriED) implemented by USAID Chemonics International Inc.
