Ms. Ketevan Khartiani is the Coordinator of the Quality Assurance Service at East European University, the Head and Founder of the Quantitative Research Department of the Applied Research Company (ARC). She has many years of experience in the non-governmental sector and is a member of the board of the Georgian Institute for Institutional Development. She has an extensive professional experience. In recent years she has been a specialist of statistical data analysis at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a research analyst at the United Nations Association of Georgia (UNAG), a researcher at the Center for Public Process Research.

Ms. Ketevan Khartiani is actively involved in scientific-research activities. She has participated in more than 50 research projects, is the author of numerous scientific papers and co-author of the book. Also, she is the participant of numerous scientific conferences and workshops and is actively involved in professional development programs
