Rector of East European University Kakhaber Lazarashvili and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Healthcare Sciences Elene Zurabishvili visited the World Rectors’ Forum held in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic on September 14-16 by the invitation of the International Higher School of Medicine.
The forum entitled “The Role of Universities in Building a National Innovation Ecosystem” sought to increase the efficiency of universities’ research and innovation activities through international best practices, to develop practical recommendations for commercialization of the universities’ intellectual activity outcomes, to facilitate partnerships between local universities and international partners, to increase the market share of research and educational services and to improve the competitiveness of intellectual activity outcomes.
After the end of the forum, the delegation of East European University visited the simulation centre and the university hospital of International Higher School of Medicine in Bishkek.
