Kakhaber Robakidze is a Doctor of Medicine and a dermatologist-venereologist with extensive clinical, academic, and research experience.

His professional career is dedicated to the fields of dermatology and venereology. Since 1995, he has worked as a dermatologist-venereologist within the Medical Service of Georgian Railways, and since 2006, he has been practicing at Academician Otar Ghudushauri National Medical Center, where he is involved in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of dermatological conditions and sexually transmitted infections.

He has been actively engaged in academic activities since 2003 and currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences of East European University. His academic work focuses on medical education, the professional development of future physicians, and the dissemination of contemporary knowledge and advances in dermatology.

His research interests include dermatological diseases, dermatoses of pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, and modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of skin disorders. He is the author and co-author of scientific publications, a monograph, and a medical textbook.

His scientific works include the monograph “Dermatoses of Pregnancy”, the textbook “Syphilis”, and the international scientific article “Secukinumab as a Novel Treatment for Chronic Netherton Syndrome in a Young Adult”, published in the American Journal of Case Reports (2025).

Kakhaber Robakidze’s professional activity integrates clinical practice, academic engagement, and scientific research, contributing significantly to the advancement of dermatology and venereology, as well as to the improvement of medical education.
