Ekaterine Abzianidze is a Doctor of Medicine with many years of pedagogical and professional experience. She currently serves as a palliative care physician at the Department of Palliative Care at the Neurological Clinic “Neurology”.

She is an active participant in numerous international and local scientific conferences and professional development programs. She has published several scientific articles. She has also participated in a joint project of Caritas of the Czech Republic and the Oncoprevention Center, which was implemented for family and rural doctors.

In terms of professional development, she holds a state certificate in Internal Medicine (specialization in Palliative Medicine) issued by the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, and she actively engages in professional development programs.
