Eka Luashvili – Deputy Head of the Quality Assurance Service
Eka Luashvili is the Deputy Head of the Quality Assurance Office of East European University, Chair Person of the Representative Council; Founder of LEPL “Institute of Evaluation and Development”, higher education expert, vocational education expert of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. She has expert experience of many years. She has led the processes of successful implementation of authorization and authorization standards implementation in several educational institutions. She has held important managerial positions in higher education institutions: Head of the Legal Department, Head of the Quality Assurance Service, Head of the Strategic Development Service, Head of Educational Process Management Service, and has been a Board Member of the Educational Institution.
Eka Luashvili is an expert of education law. Has been engaged in pedagogical and professional activities for years. She has collaborated with the state (Parliament of Georgia) and international organizations (UNESCO; UNDP; American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative;) and has participated in international and local scientific conferences, seminars and workshops. She successfully cooperates with international organizations and international experts working on education issues. To date, he conducts training courses for educational institutions and private companies in the field of organizational management and education law.
