

“EEULab Tips” is a new project of East European University, implemented in partnership with HR Lab and the AREA – the Georgian HR Association. HR Lab is the youth research unit of the Georgian HR Association (AREA), which aims to promote and implement evidence-based, empirical research approaches within the Georgian HR field.
These tips will be particularly useful for those planning to prepare a video résumé, helping them present themselves effectively and impressively to potential employers. The topic will be discussed in detail by Gvantsa Kvantaliani and Ekaterine Purtseladze.
Ekaterine Purtseladze has 17 years of professional experience in human resources management in the public sector, particularly in HR administration, recruitment, and staff development. She is currently a Master’s student in the Human Resource Management program at East European University. She has experience in developing electronic HR management systems, as well as HR manuals, instructions, regulations, and policy documents. She holds a Master’s degree in Humanities and is a specialist in law. Currently, Ekaterine works in the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, where she is responsible for HR management units as well as gender-related issues.
Another guest of “EEULab Tips” is Gvantsa Kvantaliani, an experienced and qualified professional in the field of human resource management. She is also a Master’s student in Human Resource Management at East European University and works in the Department of Legal Support and Human Resource Management at the Public Defender’s Office of Georgia. Gvantsa joined the Public Defender’s Office in 2012, and prior to that she completed an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Relations.
