The right to enroll in the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Law is granted to individuals holding a document certifying complete general education issued in Georgia or an equivalent document, based on the results of the Unified National Examinations, with English language as a mandatory subject for admission to the academic program. Additionally, for admission to the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Law, the third mandatory-elective subject for applicants is an examination in one of the following: Mathematics, History, Geography, or Civic Education. Without passing the Unified National Examinations, admission to the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Law is carried out in accordance with the procedures established by Georgian legislation.
Enrollment in the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Law through mobility is possible twice a year, within the deadlines set by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, in compliance with mandatory procedures and the rules established by the university. Admission or transfer to the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Law from an authorized higher education institution of a foreign country is carried out based on a decision by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia.
Bachelor’s Program in Law aims to equip students with comprehensive legal knowledge, critical problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to draft legal documents and strategies, effective communication and research skills, and a strong commitment to ethical standards, justice, and democratic values in legal practice. The total volume of the program is 240 ECTS credits, 60 ECTS per year, 30 ECTS per semester. The program includes the following components:
