The Republic of Armenia Scholarship Programme is an international academic mobility and scholarship initiative.
All citizens of Georgia, as well as holders of a Neutral Identity Card and/or Neutral Travel Document, are equally eligible to participate in the programme in accordance with its established terms and conditions, without discrimination on the grounds of race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, place of birth, or any other status.
Under the programme, 10 annual scholarships are awarded to applicants pursuing Master’s degree programmes across all academic disciplines.
Successful candidates will be provided with the following benefits by the Armenian side:
- Full or partial exemption from tuition fees at a public higher education institution in the Republic of Armenia, covering up to AMD 1,000,000;
- A monthly scholarship in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, amounting to up to AMD 50,000;
- Accommodation in a student residence hall;
- Access to libraries, archives, laboratories, and other academic facilities and resources.
To participate in the competition, applicants are required to complete the application forms provided by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia. Applications must be submitted electronically through the dedicated online registration platform: https://studyabroad.mes.gov.ge.
By submitting an application through the electronic system, applicants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Ministry, where necessary for the purposes of administering the programme, in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. This includes the transfer of the personal data of nominated candidates to the Armenian authorities.
