The Government of Romania announces scholarships for the 2026–2027 academic year for citizens of non-EU countries.
Applicants can pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD studies at accredited higher education institutions in Romania through this program.
Applications are accepted online until March 31, 2026.
The competition results will be announced on July 15, 2026.
