Shorena Samushia has extensive clinical experienceSince 2023, she has been serving as the Head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Open Heart University Hospital and practicing as an Obstetrician-Gynecologist. From 2016 to 2023, she was the Head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at the 5th Clinical Hospital. Over the years, she also led the Gynecology Department at Maternity Hospital “New Life”.

Shorena Samushia holds a state certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Ministry of Labour, Health, and Social Affairs of Georgia. She is a speaker at multiple local and international scientific conferences and workshops, and an active participant in professional development programs.
