On October 9, East European University (EEU) conducted a training session on the use of library resources and services. The session introduced first-year students to the rules and procedures of using the library and was delivered by Gvantsa Kobakhidze, Head of the EEU Library.
During the training, students were introduced to:
- Techniques for using international academic databases
- Procedures for searching and reserving resources in the electronic library catalog
- Library usage guidelines and various support services available at EEU
The final part of the session was dedicated to a practical component. Participants explored EEU’s library resources and collections (both digital and print) and practiced searching for materials in academic databases.
The series of training sessions on EEU library resources and services will continue for students.
