East European University (EEU) is announcing the Erasmus+ Scholarship Exchange Program Competition for EEU students for the winter semester of the academic year 2025-2026 (duration of the winter semester: classes – early October 2025 to late January 2026; examination period – end of January to mid-February 2026) at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
The exchange program is announced as an Erasmus + program funded by the European Commission within the framework of International Credit Mobility (ICM), based on the partnership agreement between EEU and Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
East European University provides an opportunity for students to spend a fully funded semester of the academic year in Greece, gain the appropriate knowledge, and share unforgettable international experiences.
Erasmus + scholarship fully covers both tuition and travel expenses! The monthly stipend for students is set to 850 Euros, with travel expenses in the amount of 275 Euros.
Selection Process
- Candidates will be selected through an open competition.
- Document Submission Period: 19.05.2025 – 27.05.2025
The competition is open to students of EEU with active status, who possess at least B2 level of proficiency in English and are enrolled in the second year of study in EEU’s Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral programs in the following fields:
- Law;
- Public Administration;
- International Relations;
- Psychology;
- Business Administration;
- Education.
The selection process will be carried out in 3 stages:
- Documentation Review
- Exam in English – 28.05.2025 (Sample Test)
- Interview – 30.05.2025
Candidates will be exempt from the exam in English if they present one of the following documents:
- Certificate of English language proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, CAMBRIDGE) obtained in the last 2 years;
- Certificate confirming at least one semester of study at a foreign university where English was the medium of instruction
Application Documents
Interested students must submit the following documents to EEU from May 19 to May 27 of the current year:
- Application Form (enclosed);
- Statement;
- Motivation letter;
- Copy of passport (or ID in the absence of a passport);
- CV (European format in English);
- Certificate of student status;
- Extract current concerning reference to GPA;
- Proof of English language proficiency (minimum B2 level) (if any);
- Letter of recommendation.
Students, who would like to participate in the competition, must submit the following documents to the International Relations Department of EEU (Room 102) from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm., or at the following email address: international@eeu.edu.ge
