The Government of Romania, in coordination with the Francophone University Agency (AUF), announces the “Eugen Ionescu” research scholarship for the years 2025–2026. The scholarship is intended for PhD students and researcher-professors.
The “Eugen Ionescu” mobility scholarship allows French-speaking teachers and researchers to improve their skills in Romania, at AUF member institutions.
The application deadline is 30 November 2025. The mobility period is 1 May – 31 July 2026.
