On May 29 of this year, an International Student Scientific Conference was held, organized by the East European University (EEU) in partnership with the Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
The event was officially opened by the Rector of East European University, Professor David Cherkezishvili and Prof. Thomas Lauer — Professor at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences.
The participants were also welcomed and wished success by Prof. Kakhaber Lazarashvili (Vice-Rector for International and Scientific Affairs) and Prof. David Sikharulidze — Head of the Scientific Research and Development Department;
The conference generated significant interest and achieved a wide scope. It brought together undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students from the Education, Business, Law, Healthcare, and Architecture programs of both EEU and Aschaffenburg University. Alongside them, students from various public and private universities in Tbilisi and regions presented their research papers.
The event was conducted in a panel discussion format. Students delivered presentations on highly relevant topics, exchanged ideas and findings, and shared practical experiences with one another. The conference was actively attended by EEU students, academic staff, and invited guests.
At the conclusion of the event, all participating students were awarded certificates for their productive work.
