Dr. Ketevan Kighuradze-Gogilashvili is the President of Georgian Dental Association and President of LCI (Lions Clubs International). She is the founder and clinical manager of Ltd. Ketevan Gogilashvili Dental Center ‘Albius’. She is the Editor-in-Chief of Dental magazine “GSAnews”. She has many years of professional and pedagogical experience. At different times she was the Dean of the Dental Faculty and Head of the Dissertation Council at Tbilisi State Medical University and Vice-president of Georgian Dental Association. She is the member of World Dental Federation’s (FDI) women council, American Dental Association (ADA), Pierre Fauchard International Academy and International Academy of Dentistry as well. She hold the academic degree of doctor of medicine. At different times Ms. Ketevan Kighuradze- Gogilashvili had pracitices at differenc Euroepan institutes: Centre for Medical Education at University of Edinburg (Scotland), Essen University Hospital (Germany), Hacettepe University (Turkey), Baskent University Hospital (Turkey), Karlsruhe University Hospital (Germany), Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse (France), University of the Mediterranean, Marseille (France), Universities of Paris – Paris 6, Paris 8 (France).
Dr. Kighuradze-Gogilashvili has published numerous scientific Articles. She is the author of 5 textbooks and 1 methodological guideline. She was awarded with the Gold Medal of the Embassy of the United States of America. She is an active participant and speaker at numerous international and local conferences and congresses, an honorary member of the International Association of Lions Clubs, the Student Scientific Society and the Scientific Research Center – RADIX.
