Latvia offers scholarships to Georgian students, researchers and teaching staff for studies, research and participation in summer schools in Latvian higher education institutions in the 2020/2021 academic year.
Scholarships for studies - application conditions
Applications for bachelor`s and the first level of professional higher education studies will be accepted from students who have successfully completed at least one academic year of studies.
Scholarships for bachelor`s and master`s studies are granted for one academic year –a time period up to 10 months.

Fellowships for research - application conditions
Only academic and scientific staff of foreign higher education and research institutions are eligible candidates for the Latvian state fellowship for research.
The fellowship is granted for a time period of up to 5 months.

Scholarships for summer school - application conditions
Only students, academic and research staff of foreign higher education institutions are eligible for the Latvian scholarship for participation in summer schools.

Applicants can choose from 6 summer schools organized by Latvian higher education institutions. This year, summer schools will be dedicated to topics such as ethno tourism and ecotourism, bryology, art history, Latvian language and culture, robotics, 3D Animation, wooden architecture.
