On October 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., East European University (EEU) will host a public lecture on “ Planning and Land Management for Urban Dynamics.”
The lecture will be delivered by Maurizio Tira, Professor of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Brescia, Vice-President of the European University Association (EUA), and President of the GARR Consortium (Italy).
The lecture will focus on contemporary approaches to urban planning and land management, addressing key challenges and opportunities related to urban development and dynamics.
