Abstract
The main objective of the book is to briefly review the main problems and discussions that make up the whole philosophy of analytical law, their relationship with the classical philosophical-legal teachings. The analytical tradition developed in the twentieth century around Hart, his followers, opponents, and critics.
The reader through reading Philosophy of Law will be interested by in depth study of philosophical-legal theory which not only reveals the essence of law as a phenomenon of the modern civilized world, but also explains the relationship between legal and moral disciplines, the structure of the legal system, judgment and jurisprudence issues.
Abstract
The collection encompasses the best scientific papers presented at Student Scientific Conference”European Integration Perspectives of Georgia”.
